The Belgian Blue Whetstone is a handcrafted water stone from the Ardennes (approx. 100 × 40 × 14 mm) that, with its fine mixed grit of approximately 6000 and around 30% natural garnet particles, brings even the most demanding knives and cutting tools to an ultra-fine, long-lasting edge. Thanks to its high hardness, it is particularly wear-resistant and remains a reliable companion in any kitchen for years. Dimensions and grit are approximate values as this is a natural product.
