STALOWA WOLA is a city in southeastern Poland with a population of over 60,000 people. It is located in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship, about 60 kilometers north of the city of Rzeszów. The city was founded in 1937 as a planned industrial center, and it has since become a major center for the steel industry in Poland. In addition to its industrial importance, STALOWA WOLA is also home to a number of cultural and historical attractions, including the Museum of Metallurgy and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The city is also a popular destination for tourists, who come to enjoy its parks, lakes, and other natural attractions.
