GÖPPINGEN is a lively city in the Stuttgart Region of Baden-Württemberg, southern Germany. The city is situated 36 kilometers east of the state capital, Stuttgart. The city's economic power is based on medium-sized businesses as well as global players such as the automotive supplier ARRK, the machine manufacturer INDEX-Werke, the food producer Barilla and the kitchen manufacturer Schüller Möbelwerke.
