Soledad de Graciano Sánchez is a city in Mexico and the second-largest city in the state of San Luis Potosí. It is located 13 kilometers (8.1 mi) from the state capital, San Luis Potosí City. The city was founded in 1827 and named after former president Guadalupe Victoria. Soledad de Graciano Sánchez is a modern, industrial city with a population of over 300,000. It is home to a number of industries, including textiles, food processing, and auto parts manufacturing. The city is also a popular tourist destination, with a number of attractions, including the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, the Plaza de Armas, and the Parque Tangamanga.
