The Don Carlos Quarter Moon Knife Walnut is the ideal professional tool for leather, saddlery, and flooring work. The sharp sickle blade made of carbon steel C75 (59–60 HRC) guarantees long-lasting sharpness and precision when trimming welded seams, joints, or leather edges. The hollow grind minimizes friction and enables the cleanest cutting.
The ergonomic handle made of fine walnut wood, crafted in our Solingen carpentry shop, offers perfect balance and secure grip – even in wet conditions. With a blade length of 10 cm and a compact overall length of 22 cm, you can effortlessly master any craft challenge.
Since carbon steel is more susceptible to corrosion, gentle hand washing and immediate drying after each use is recommended. Additionally, care for your knives with special knife oil to prevent rust formation and maintain the legendary edge retention.
