Returns / Exchanges
We offer the right to return print-on-demand products within 14 days of arrival. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return destination information can be found on the packaging slip or addressed to:
Knut Hebstreit, Zionskirchstr. 9, 10119 Berlin, Germany.

Damages & Issues
In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged, you will need to report this within one week from the received delivery. All queries should be sent to shop@hebstreit.com. Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.

In case there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days from when your order shows as delivered and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed Shipment
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Exceptions to Returns
Please note that personalized, customized, or tailor-made products are exempt from the standard return policy. For such items, the right to withdraw from the contract is void.
