General info

We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU, USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. For all other countries, we offer low-cost standardised tracked shipping.

In some countries you can upgrade to Express Delivery for a fee (read more below).

For most orders, your product will arrive about 5 working days after you order. But there are exceptions to this - please see below for more info.

For some countries we offer an Express Delivery option at checkout. More details on this below.

100% damage free guarantee

Although almost all of our print products arrive in great condition, sadly the postal services occasionally play football with your box or leave them outside in the rain. If your order is damaged at all during delivery, I will send you a priority replacement free of charge.

International orders

HEBSTREIT design is based in Berlin, GER.

But I work with printers and framers around the world, so that your product will usually come from a local printer. This means you won't pay any import duties, delivery time will be quicker, and we'll save on CO2 emissions.

I have extremely stringent quality control processes and have worked with all of my specialist fine-art printers and framers for a number of years. I guarantee you will receive a perfect design, no matter which country you live in.

Delivery time for Wall Art 

Shipping time varies depending on your location. If you're in the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan or the European Union, you can generally expect to receive your product in about 4-8 working days. This includes 1-4 days to print and dispatch your map, and then a few days for the print to be delivered to you.

The maximum delivery time should be around 20 days.

We have an Express option for US, UK, EU and Australia customers. If you must receive your product within a few days, please use the Express option at checkout. Usually we can get a unframed print to you within 3 to 5 days. Framed maps will take a little longer within 4 to 8 days.


 

Customs fees

You shouldn't be charged custom fees if you order from the US, EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand and any other country where we work with a local printer.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on some orders if you order from another location. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
